Entering data for a new food—Exercise 5
Aim: To develop and demonstrate skill in entering data for a new food into the FoodChoices® database.
Follow the steps in Procedure 5 to add the following data for the new commercial four-bean mix to the database:

Nutrition information per serve size (75 g)

- To start
Start FoodChoices®.
- Create a new food.
Name your food ‘Healthy Four-Bean Mix’ in a new folder called ‘Supermarket foods’.
- Enter the nutrient composition data.
Enter the data for the serving size of 75 g.
- Save the data for the food.
